4. Detailed description of the project:
The goal of the project is to implement the company’s digital transition and to enhance its digital readiness. The company’s management recognized that, as a microenterprise with low digital intensity operating in the South Transdanubia region—specifically in Tolna County—increased competitiveness can be achieved primarily through digital transformation. In this context, the introduction of state-of-the-art digital solutions available on the market and the strengthening of the digital infrastructure are of paramount importance.
The goal of this project is to facilitate the company’s digital transition and enhance its digital readiness. The company’s management has recognized that, as a low-digital-intensity microenterprise operating in the South Transdanubia region—specifically in Tolna County—increasing competitiveness can be achieved primarily through digital transformation. In this context, the introduction of state-of-the-art digital solutions available on the market and the strengthening of the digital infrastructure are of paramount importance.
In recent years, the level of digital maturity among businesses and the pace of digitization have become key factors in market competition. The goal of the project is to increase the business value of the services provided by the company, improve operational efficiency, and enhance its technological (digital) infrastructure through the implementation of digital business solutions.
The following activities will be carried out as part of the project:
I. Equipment Procurement:
4 laptops
1 network-attached storage (NAS) device
1 router
4 cell phones
1 multifunction printer
II. Implementation of Software and Digital Solutions:
ERP software license / subscription (SaaS model)
Implementation and customization of the ERP system, and user training
CRM software license / subscription
Implementation and customization of the CRM system
III. IT and data security improvements:
Development of an IT Security Policy (IBSZ)
GDPR baseline assessment and preparation of a data processing register
IV. Development of online presence and digital sales:
Development of online presence and advertising
Implementation of a hosted e-commerce platform
Provision of domain and web hosting
As a result of these developments, the company’s operations will become more efficient, customer management and business processes will become more transparent, and the quality of services and market adaptability will improve through the use of digital tools and systems.
